At PLAY S.r.l., we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unused and in the same condition as when it arrived.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5 business days.
